This modern 10,500 sq. ft. residence includes a complete basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, combining thoughtful spatial planning with striking architectural aesthetics. Our role as the construction partner is to bring this stunning design to life using high-quality materials, structural integrity, and best-in-class grey structure techniques — ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.

We’ve completed soil testing, layout marking, excavation, and anti-termite treatment for a stable and long-lasting foundation.
Using high-grade steel and 3000 PSI concrete, the major slab work and structural skeleton are near completion with strict quality checks.
Initial installation of UPVC, PPRC and conduit piping is underway with best practices in waterproofing and embedment.
Masonry between floors is progressing efficiently with Sargodha crush and Chenab sand mortar ensuring strength and alignment.
Our engineers are present full-time to ensure material quality, adherence to drawings, and timely delivery milestones.
